Local Environmental Quality Network

We operate Scotland’s local Environmental Quality Network – a group of organisations with a joint goal of improving the cleanliness and quality of places through effective and efficient management and action.

This unique networking opportunity allows you to discuss relevant issues and share experiences with your peer group.

Benefits of membership:

Networking - By joining our network we can offer you opportunities to discuss relevant issues and share experiences with your peer group. Quarterly networking forums and a national conference – the only one of its kind – allow for this sharing of best practice, with an annual awards ceremony recognising major achievement throughout the country.

Training - Members receive a discount on our comprehensive suite of training and development courses, including training relating to environmental quality and environmental legislation.  In addition, we offer bespoke courses to suit your local and operational requirements.

Campaigning - Our local environmental quality network team works closely with our Clean Up Scotland team, which allows us to offer you direct, specialist assistance in the formulation of your local litter campaigns.

Evaluation - Members receive a discount on our range of local environmental quality auditing and monitoring packages, including the National Award for Environmental Excellence.

In addition to this, you will have access to our latest environmental research, members forum, local and national volunteering programmes, discounts on services and products, and access to the full Local Environmental Quality Network membership area.

We can also offer you and your organisation strategic advice and support along with analytical environmental quality tools.
