ADA Gardening Group

The ADA garden group is a therapeutic gardening project which supports clients looking to make a change in the alcohol and/or substance use and helps promote good mental health. The group has a large polytunnel, outdoor space and a small orchard. They meet weekly throughout the year, with all produce grown shared amongst the group to encourage healthy eating.
