Norma Norris

Norma is the newest member of the Community Projects Team, joining in November 2016. She is currently developing resources and training to support community groups across Scotland, and leads on the Green Flag Award and Beach Award.

Prior to starting with Keep Scotland Beautiful she was Head of Social Impact with a Social Enterprise which provided catering and lifeskills training and employment opportunities to young people. Before that Norma had a range of roles working in the voluntary, public and private sectors including development work with community groups, employability programmes, training and the provision of environmental information.

Norma has a BSc in Biology gained from Caledonian University. She currently volunteers with Ocean Youth Trust and was previously a Cub Leader with the Scout Association.
