Originally working in the construction industry, Harry moved to customer services and retail before attending Edinburgh University as a mature student. From there, he graduated as a Bachelor of Technology in Environmental Protection and Management, also receiving the medal for Best Student. Further study at Stirling University led to him attaining a Post -Graduate Diploma in Environmental Management. Following work as a countryside ranger and an environmental consultant, he joined Keep Scotland Beautiful in 2008, initially in the post of Recycling Advisor, before becoming Assistant LEAMS Officer in 2011. This position takes him to all corners of Scotland's 32 Local Authority Areas.
