The Administration Assistant, Climate Challenge Fund (CCF) will provide a wide range of finance based administrative support services to the CCF Development Officers.

Keep Scotland Beautiful has administered and managed the Climate Challenge Fund (CCF) on behalf of the Scottish Government since the Fund was introduced in 2008. To date the CCF has made awards to 622 organisations, these awards total more than £85.6 million.

We are seeking a part-time Administration Assistant who will provide a wide range of finance based administrative support services primarily to the CCF Development Officers to the assist in the smooth running of the CCF grants payment process.

Applications are sought from candidates who feel that they have the necessary experience and qualifications to undertake this role. The ideal candidate will have experience of administering grant claims and possess excellent administrative skills including telephone and email etiquette and a variety of IT skills, together with experience of financial administrations. They will also have experience of resource coordination, time management and problem solving.
